I’m so glad you’re here.

Creating Awaken & Align with Lisa has been on my heart for a long time. This space was born from my own journey through grief, growth, and everything in between. I wanted to create something that feels like a breath—a place to pause, feel seen, and gently come back to yourself.

If you’ve been carrying a quiet heaviness or just haven’t felt like yourself in a while, I want you to know: you’re not alone. And you don’t have to move through it all at once.

What You’ll Find Here

This space isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about reconnecting. Resetting. Realigning with the part of you that’s been waiting patiently beneath the surface. I use Reiki and intuitive guidance to help shift energy, calm the nervous system, and open space for healing. But more than anything, I offer presence. Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, or just a season of “something feels off,” this is a space to land.

A Moment for You

Here’s a quick grounding practice you can do right now:

  • Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly.
  • Inhale deeply through your nose.
  • Exhale slowly through your mouth.
  • Let your shoulders soften.
  • Repeat two more times.
  • Say gently to yourself: “I don’t have to carry it all right now.”

You’re allowed to rest.

Each month, I’ll share reflections, simple energy practices, and gentle reminders that support you right where you are. Some posts will be rooted in Reiki. Others may touch on grief, self-trust, or simply being human. All of it is meant to feel supportive, honest, and healing.
