October reminds us of the beauty in letting go. As the trees release their leaves, we’re called to do the same—to release what no longer serves us, whether it’s stress, worry, or emotional heaviness. One of the most peaceful ways to support that process is through Reiki, a gentle form of energy healing that restores balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
At Awaken & Align with Lisa, Reiki is offered both in person and virtually, allowing you to experience healing wherever you are. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese relaxation technique that promotes healing by helping the body’s natural energy flow freely again. When that energy becomes blocked—often due to stress or emotional strain—we can feel anxious, tired, or off balance. Reiki helps clear those blocks, bringing calm and harmony back to the system.
During an in-person Reiki session, you’ll relax fully clothed on a comfortable table or chair while I gently guide energy over the body—no physical touch is involved. You may experience warmth, tingling, or a profound sense of peace. Each experience is unique, and every session meets you exactly where you are.
If you prefer to rest in your own space, Virtual Reiki works in the same way—energy isn’t limited by distance. Before your session, we’ll connect by phone for a short meditation to help you settle in, and then I’ll continue the energy work remotely while you listen to a calming soundtrack I provide.
